In one of the most recent projects planning opportunities, Scott Stewart had a vision of assembling a small ensemble group of the very large group of talented Madison Scouts musicians for a special opportunity, playing at Rockin' For ALS. However, we have patiently been waiting for this event as 2020 and 2021 did not happen due to Covid-19.

About Rockin4ALS - originally founded in 2000

Madison Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps Alum - Steve Weekes - founded "Rockin For A Cure" in 2000 as an annual live music event to raise funding and awareness among family, friends, and alumni of the Madison Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps. Since these humble beginnings, the organization has grown into a mainstay of support for local ALS patients in Madison and surrounding communities. In 2017, the organization officially changed its name to Rockin4ALS for greater flexibility, future growth, and new opportunities to serve local patients.

Shortly after Steve Weekes left us in early 2005, we created the Madison Scouts Alumni Reunion Project. The seed was planted by alumnus, Randy Ferrie at the 2005 RFAC event.

Today, we're planning for the All-stars Project at Rockin4ALS on April 30, 2022! Learn more about Rockin4ALS
