Dear fellow Madison Scouts alumnus,
We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to you with a shared vision of positively impacting the Madison Scouts in 2024 and beyond, and we believe your financial support for the C.H. Beebe Scholarship Fund can help turn this vision into reality.
The Madison Scouts Alumni Association (MSAA) is on a mission to raise scholarship funds and establish a new level of tuition support for members of the Madison Scouts. With your generous contribution, we can empower young musicians pursuing their passion to participate in a transformative experience with the Madison Scouts. Every dollar you donate will help fund prospective members and eliminate, or substantially reduce, the financial barrier for some to become a marching member of the Madison Scouts this year.
Here are a few ways you can financially support the C.H. Beebe Scholarship Fund:
- **One-Time Donation**: Your one-time donation of any amount can make an immediate difference.
- **Monthly Pledge**: Consider making a recurring monthly pledge to sustain our efforts over the long term.
- **Spread the Word**: Share our cause on social media and encourage your network to join in.
Donors who donate $25 or more are eligible to receive a C.H. Beebe Challenge Coin! Available for pickup at Drums on Parade or shipped directly to you.
To donate, please visit the C.H. Beebe Scholarship Fund page. Listed by giving levels, all contributors' names will be displayed on the Donor Wall, the MSAA and Madison Scouts websites, and our Facebook pages.
Please add your section and marching years in the comments section when donating! This will help us to keep track of our alumni donors.
Your financial support is crucial in achieving our goals, and we genuinely appreciate any amount you can contribute. Together, we can help talented young people participate in the same activity that meant so much to all of us.
Thank you for considering our cause. We are grateful for your support and look forward to the positive impact we can create together. May you never walk alone!
Best regards,
Randy, Sam, Kent, Joe, Scott, and the entire MSAA Board of Directors
