Thank you for taking the time to fill out our most recent alumni survey.

After overwhelming positive responses sent to us, we have decided to reapply for the 2027 Rose Parade.

Moving forward:
1. You do not need to do anything if you have registered and paid your deposit on our website.
2. If you have not registered and paid your deposit, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible. This includes the few of you who received refunds from us. You will need to reapply/register/pay.
3. Please encourage other alumni from any of the Madison-based corps to register and make a deposit (Madison Scouts, Capitolaires, Jr Scouts, Petites, Capitol Sound, 32nd Hussar, Southwind). Members of the 2027 Madison Scouts will also be involved.
4. Check our website on occasion for updated information.
5. Contact us with any questions or concerns.

Rest assured that you may ask for your deposit back if your circumstances change.

For the past few years, we’ve let alumni vote on a Legacy Shirt to be brought back for one year only. Last year, we reproduced the iconic Lemon Squeeze! This year, we’re taking our Legacy Shirt fundraiser to the next step!

This year, you design it!

Come up with some great artwork for a shirt, give it a name, and tell us why you think it should be the top choice. We’ll make the final decision, and it will become THE Legacy Shirt for the 2025 Madison Scouts. Hundreds of Madison Scouts alumni, fans, family, and members could wear your design.

The Madison Scouts Alumni Association is committed to raising scholarship funds to make this transformative experience accessible to every aspiring member. Through the C.H. Beebe Scholarship Fund, you can help ensure that financial barriers never stand in the way of someone’s dream to march with the Madison Scouts.

The C.H. Beebe Scholarship Fund is available to members of the Madison Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps through a needs-based application process. With your generous donation, you can empower passionate young performers to pursue their calling and step onto the field without the burden of financial constraints.

In the spirit of C.H. Beebe's legacy, we invite you to consider a one-time or monthly donation to the scholarship fund. By contributing, you help keep the Madison Scouts experience within reach for all who wish to participate.

The 2024 season has ended, and the 2025 season groundwork is underway. This past season went by way too fast. We have had an exciting year of events that many Alumni participated in! Our Scouts had a fantastic year, fighting back into the top 12. Please help support the corps and keep this incredible momentum going forward! Participation is vital in helping us grow our great organization and support our Madison Scouts.

CH Beebe: Please donate to the CH Beebe campaign. Each donation will be recognized on our booster boards, and you will receive a CH Beebe commemorative challenge coin. This will help a deserving Scout attain their dream of becoming a Scout!!
