Several Madison Scout Alumni attended the 2024 North American Brass Band Association (NABBA) Championships in Huntsville, Alabama, on 5-6 April in the Von Braun Center.

The third consecutive NABBA Championship event was hosted by the Brass Band of Huntsville (BBoH), and each has seen Madison Scout Alumni as performers and happy audience members. The BBoH NABBA Hosting Team was lead by MSAA member, Kent Eversmeyer.

“It was such a wonderful experience hanging with fellow Madison Scouts and numerous other drum corps alumni at NABBA. The demand for performance excellence and a deep sense of community are common traits of drum corps and brass bands. And, the brass band music is phenomenal to perform and listen to”.
