We want to take a moment to recognize Randy Ferrie, the visionary behind founding the Madison Scouts Alumni Association in 2018 and the driving force behind its growth. His tireless work, resilience, and unwavering dedication have shaped the MSAA into what it is today. Due to health challenges, Randy has made the difficult decision to step down as MSAA president.
Randy is a fighter, a true leader, and very deserving of the moniker of “The King.” Please reach out to him to thank him for all he has done and wish him well. Randy, YNWA.
The 2025 DCI season is over! What a great year for drum corps. As we reflect on 2025, here’s a look at what MSAA has accomplished this year…
Sam Records
- Inducted seven people to the Madison Scouts Hall of Fame
- Organized five events at key locations along the Madison Scouts’ DCI tour
- Provided the corps with five meals to fuel them up for great performances
- Ran two successful raffles to raise money for the C.H. Beebe Scholarship Fund
- Produced a Legacy Shirt of the Wisconsin state capitol building, and gave a shirt to each member of the corps
- Welcomed 30 new ageouts to the MSAA
Plus, we have more planned for the off-season as well!
The MSAA has continued to overperform and outdo itself, year after year. We can’t wait to see what will come out of the MSAA in 2026 and beyond. But what is it all for?...
All of the MSAA’s events, fundraisers, sponsorships, and donations go to supporting the C.H. Beebe Scholarship Fund. Our mission is to expand tuition assistance for Madison Scouts members, ensuring that financial barriers don’t prevent talented young performers from joining the corps.
We humbly ask that you please donate to the Scholarship Fund today. With your generous contribution, we can empower young performers pursuing their passion to participate in a transformative experience with the Madison Scouts. Every dollar you donate goes toward helping a future Scout take the field.

Your financial support is crucial in achieving our goals, and we genuinely appreciate any amount you can contribute. Together, we can help talented young people participate in the same activity that meant so much to all of us.
