Our Scouts had an amazing 2024, breaking back into the Top 12 at finals after having a great run all throughout the year. The 2025 Madison Scouts season will be upon us before we know it! The 2025 season groundwork is underway. This coming 2025 year and season is shaping up to be exciting! We want to engage many more alumni to help us support Our Scouts and get the Alumni socially together to revive old friendships and make new ones. Please help support the corps and keep this amazing momentum in the future! Participation is key in helping us grow our association
The following are some of the projects that are ahead for 2025. As always, we would love for our Alumni base to be part of these activities. We welcome you and look forward to seeing you.
The Hall of Fame Class of Hall 2025 nominations were closed on December 31st, 2024. The nominations will evaluated, and the class of 2025 will be selected and announced in May 2025. I thank the HOF committee members for their hard work and dedication in recognizing these individuals.- CH Beebe: We will launch the 2025 CH Beebe Scholarship Fund in March of 2025. Please check this out, and there will also be testimonials from past scholarship winners. Please donate to the 2025 CH Beebe campaign. Each donation will be recognized on our booster boards, and you will receive a CH Beebe commemorative challenge coin. This will help a deserving member realize their dream of becoming a Scout!!
- Legacy Shirt Design Competition: A shirt designed By Members, Alumni, Family, and friends. Your tee shirt design utilizes Scouts History, The 2025 Scouts Show, and whatever else you can think of. Let's start the year off with a shirt design that our 2025 Madison Scouts, Alumni and Friends, Family, and Fans will be proud to wear,

- April 12, Rockin for a Cure
- July 5th Whitewater Show and Tailgate, Madison Scouts, Blue Stars, Blue Coats, Cavaliers, Colt Cadets, Colts, Columbus Saints, Crossmen, Phantom Regiment, Troopers, River City Rhythm This will be a fantastic show. We are also working on a tailgate similar to the DOP Tailgate. So keep an eye out for our volunteer sign-up list! All We ask is that you give us an hour to help out. Most people spend more than hours on it, and it's a lot of fun.

- July 25th Drums On Parade show and Tailgate Madison Scouts, Colts, Cavaliers, Santa Clara Vanguard, Pacific Crest, River City Rhythm So keep your eye out for our volunteer sign-up list! All We ask is that you give 1 hr to help out. Most people spend more than hours on it, and it's a lot of fun. The 2025 MSAA Hall of Fame will be introduced to the Alumni. Once again, the Corps and the crowd will be treated to the 2025 Madison Scouts performance of a few selections and then the singing of You’ll Never Walk Alone. Last year, we got together, talked to the members, and signed the Aussies. We are looking forward to doing that again this year. It's still in the planning stages!
- August 1st & 2nd Allentown PA Tailgate All corps
- On August 8th, we will have an Indianapolis, IN, get-together for the age-out ceremony. This is a grand ceremony, and we aim to have as many people as possible view and support it. The ceremony will take place right after the Scouts perform at the Semifinals. Just follow the corps out after their performance. More info will be coming as we get closer!
- In 2024, we fed the corps at Drums On Parade and San Antonio. New this year we would like to feed Our Scouts in 4 locations. DOP and San Antonio, as we did last year. Adding Whitewater and Lawrence Mass will financially impact the corps! Let us know if you and a group of your Alumni friends would like to help support the corps by feeding them along their 2025 tour. Doing this last year was gratifying This will be an excellent opportunity to show your support for Our Madison Scouts.
- Last year at Drums on Parade, we also had The Capitolaires and the Alumni Breakfast Club in attendance. In 2025, we would like to invite all of the corps from Madison to come and set up a Drum Corps reunion at our tailgate. Those invited are Madison Scouts, Madison Jr Scouts, CapitolAirs, Capitolairs Petites, Capital Sound, SouthWind (MDBCA years), State Street Review, and the 32nd Hussars. Let's make this another tradition for this fantastic event. It's such a great mix of Drum Corps people. See how you can get involved
- In 2025, we will focus on the Madison Scout Alumni Chapters nationwide. Chapter leaders are being contacted to see what we can do to grow these local groups to get together. If you would like to be added to the Chapters list, Let us know by sending us an email, and we will get you started.
- The 2024 class of age-outs has joined the ever-increasing ranks of Madison Scouts Alumni. This year, as in years past, representatives of the MSAA gathered and held a ceremony for the newly aged-out members, presenting them with a neckerchief, information on how to stay connected, and some words of welcome! Let's Welcome our new Alumni!
We would love to have you get involved with the MSAA. Monthly meetings are on the 3rd Sunday of each month. Come to a meeting and see what we are all about. Please get involved, get to know your Alumni, and help our Madison Scouts.
