Greetings, Alumni

With the holidays approaching, it's a great time to reconnect with old friends, support the corps, and find ways to give back to an organization that has meant so much to all of us.

I'd like to bring a couple of things to your attention this month, including the return of a familiar fundraiser to help shape the future of the Madison Scouts Alumni Association.

Back on Sale: Madison Scouts Gingerbread Ornaments!

They're back! For the third year, I'm making and selling my handmade Madison Scouts gingerbread ornaments. These are a fun addition to your Christmas tree and a great Christmas gift for the Scout in your life!

Sam RecordsEach ornament is handmade and available for just $15. All profits go directly to the Madison Scouts' C.H. Beebe Foundation, so your purchase supports the next generation of Scouts while giving you a little piece of Madison Scouts history to enjoy.

I've had a lot of fun making and selling these over the past two years, and it's been rewarding to see the project turn into a nice little fundraiser for the corps. I appreciate everyone who has ordered one, shared the posts, or helped spread the word. I'm looking forward to doing it again this year!

If you're interested in ordering, message me or email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please include the uniform year you'd like when placing your order. If there's a particular year or uniform you'd like that isn't listed, feel free to reach out, and we can talk about it.

Order soon if you'd like to receive yours in time for the holidays!

MSAA Elections Are Underway!

A reminder: elections for the Madison Scouts Alumni Association Board of Directors are underway, and we need leaders to step up and get involved!

The Madison Scouts Alumni Association needs YOU.

We're looking for alumni who care about this organization and are willing to give a little of their time to help move it forward. You don't have to be the most connected alum, have years of board experience, or have all the answers. You just have to be willing to show up and contribute. If you've been out of the loop for a while, this is a great way to reconnect.

As the saying goes, "None of us are as strong as all of us." We need more people involved, and we need you!

As always, thank you for continuing to support the Madison Scouts and the alumni association.

You’ll Never Walk Alone!
