• 20 Year MSARP Recognition Celebration

    Exciting news!

It is hard to believe, but it's been 20 years since the Madison Scouts Alumni Reunion Project took place. We would be remiss if we didn't take advantage of this opportunity to celebrate the spectacular accomplishments of two decades ago. It's also a perfect occasion to catch up with old friends who shared this once-in-a-lifetime experience with you.

Although the focus for this gathering is on the Madison Scouts Alumni Reunion Project, all alumni, family members, and friends of the Madison Scouts are cordially invited to attend.

The vehicle for this event will be a banquet featuring a great meal, a nostalgic audiovisual presentation, and plenty of time to interact and enjoy others who share a common bond. The date is Saturday, July 25, 2026, and the location is the Doubletree Hilton Madison East Hotel. We will send details on the ticket ordering schedule and room reservations in April.

We look forward to future communications with you and to sharing what promises to be a memorable evening.

    May You Never Walk Alone,
Scott Stewart, Scott Pearson, Randy Ferrie.

April 26: Scouts Director update including a performance opportunity

    Madison Scouts Alumni,

The Summer will be here before we know it! Here are a few corps updates as we roll into Spring Training.

    Winter Season

David LofyDavid Lofy The corps will reconvene for April Camp in Greenfield & Oak Creek, WI on April 24-26. If you're local, please visit OCHS between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Sunday if you're interested in hearing the music ensemble perform the show music. We'd love to see green jackets in the bleachers.

A special shoutout goes to two Alumni who are responsible for 'unlocking the doors' at these two facilities in the Milwaukee-metro. We're incredibly grateful to have excellent facilities to rehearse in -- please join us in thanking:

    • Greenfield HS Band Director - Trudy Burnham (2021)
    • Oak Creek HS Band Director - Guy Gregg (2003)

    Alumni Volunteer Spotlight

We're grateful for the dedication of the following Alumni volunteers who have been able to assist with driving, merchandise sales, and other needs during the Winter season:

  • Rockin4ALS - a message from Scott Stewart about ALS

Scott TalkingScott StewartA message from Scott Stewart ─

For 25 years, the Rockin4ALS project has increased awareness and provided financial support for patient services and the search for a cure for this terrible disease. Caring members of the Madison Scouts Alumni have been involved since its inception.

The main fundraiser for this endeavor is a gala featuring a variety of musical acts, a silent auction, raffles, and a great social atmosphere.

Kicking Off The 2026 Legacy Shirts Fundraiser!

sam recordsSam RecordsEvery year, our favorite MSAA fundraiser is the Legacy Shirts!

In this fundraiser, we allow alumni to submit designs they’d like to see on the yearly Legacy Shirt. You make the artwork, we choose one submission, and we set it up to be made into THE Legacy Shirt for the 2026 Madison Scouts community! Hundreds of Madison Scouts alumni, fans, family, and members could wear YOUR design.

You can create entirely new art or reproduce an old shirt! Use professional art tools, or draw it with crayons! Or you can even just describe it to us, and we’ll make it for you.

Plus... Your purchase will not only give you a great shirt for your wardrobe, but also help us provide one to every member of the 2026 Madison Scouts! Each shirt you purchase will provide THREE MEMBERS with a shirt!

We love giving the corps members a shirt every year. We know they love receiving gifts from the alumni, and they probably also desperately need a clean shirt halfway through the season.

Proceeds from this fundraiser will go to the C.H. Beebe Scholarship Fund. This fund provides essential scholarships to members through a needs-based application process, ensuring that no aspiring Madison Scout is held back due to financial constraints.
