The 2024 season has ended, and the 2025 season's groundwork is underway.  This past season went by way too fast. We have had an exciting year of events that many Alumni participated in! Our Scouts had a fantastic year. Fighting their way back into the top 12. Please help support the corps in keeping this impressive momentum as we advance! Participation is vital in helping us grow our great organization and support our Madison Scouts. The 2024 Hall of Fame Class of Hall 2025 nominations will be open on October 15, 2024. I want to thank the HOF committee members for their hard work and dedication in recognizing these individuals. 

CH Beebe: Please donate to the CH Beebe campaign. Each donation will be recognized on our booster boards, and you will receive a CH Beebe commemorative challenge coin. This will help a deserving Scout attain their dream of becoming a Scout!!

The 2024 Tee Shirt will be the result of a contest to design “The 2025 Shirt.” The parameters of the contest will be announced soon. So get your design caps on, and who knows, your great design could be shown across the country!

The Rose Committee's decision

As almost everyone now knows, the Rose Parade Committee did not select us for the 2026 parade. The choice came down to a tie between our group and a Wisconsin High School. Since it was evenly split, the acting chairperson cast the tie-breaking vote for the band.

We spoke directly with one of the committee board members who had voted for us and recommended that we apply again for the 2027 event. It is noted that one of the people who voted for us in the split decision will be next year's chairperson. From a historical perspective, we have discovered that very few organizations are selected on their first try, and we've talked with a few who have tried for many years and are still waiting for their chance.
